Job Description
The Assistant Project Engineer will support project management and field operations while coordinating RFIs, submittals, subcontractors, project documentation, and schedules. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Project Management role.
Assistant Project Engineer Key Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Coordinate with subcontractors, Superintendents, and clients Track schedules, materials, costs, and project status Assist with project closeout and client reporting Visit jobsites as neededAssistant Project Engineer Qualifications:
1-3 years of construction experience and/or related degree Ability to read and understand construction drawings Experience with RFIs, submittals, and subcontractor coordination Proficiency with Procore, Viewpoint, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, or similar software Strong organization, communication, and follow-through Must be willing to travel to jobsites as needed What's on offer: Compensation up to $100K BOE Comprehensive benefits package Monthly cell phone allowance Bonus opportunity In-office position with jobsite exposure Hands-on training and mentorship Strong opportunity for career growth into Project Management Supportive management teamPay:
