- Building Maintenance Technician San Francisco, CA | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Target Salary:
$88,000- 120,000 + Benefits Our client is seeking an experienced Mobile HVAC/R & Building Maintenance Technician to service commercial properties throughout the San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC/R and mechanical systems. Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service requests. Troubleshoot plumbing, controls, life-safety, and other building systems. Complete work orders and maintain service records. Travel between multiple commercial properties using a company vehicle. Maintain professional relationships with clients and facility personnel.Requirements:
4+ years of commercial HVAC/R or building maintenance experience. EPA Universal/CFC certification. Experience with self-contained HVAC/R equipment. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work from ladders, roofs, and mechanical rooms.Benefits & Perks:
