Key Responsibilities for the
Project Engineer:
- Support project coordination, procurement, scheduling, cost tracking, and project documentation.
- Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and vendor documentation for coordination and constructability.
- Assist with RFIs, change orders, meeting documentation, and project communications.
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and general contractors to resolve project issues.
- Track equipment procurement, material deliveries, fabrication progress, and installation readiness.
- Support commissioning, startup activities, closeout documentation, and warranty turnover.
Qualifications for the
Project Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in mechanical construction, engineering, project coordination, or a related technical role.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, P&IDs, and coordination documents.
- Experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, and construction management software.
