You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents on impactful projects while gaining the skills and experience necessary to advance your construction management career. Job Description Our Project Engineer will: Support the successful execution of Public Works and DSA construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking. Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, inspectors, subcontractors, and public agencies. Support procurement activities and material tracking. Participate in owner meetings and project coordination meetings. Ensure project documentation remains accurate, organized, and compliant. Assist with project closeout activities and turnover documentation. Partner with field teams to help maintain safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives. The Successful Applicant An ideal Project Engineer will have: Minimum 2 years of construction experience with the majority of experience focused on Public Works projects. Experience working for a General Contractor is required. DSA experience is highly preferred. Strong understanding of construction processes, project controls, document management, and contract administration. Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project coordination activities. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment. What's on Offer We are offering our
