Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Geotechnical Engineer to join our innovative civil engineering team. In this role, you will lead and support a variety of projects related to civil infrastructure, stormwater management, water treatment, and land surveying. Your expertise will drive the successful planning, design, and execution of geotechnical and civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet technical standards and client expectations. Responsibilities Manage project scheduling to ensure timely delivery of engineering tasks and milestones. Develop detailed construction management plans, including schematics, stormwater systems, and civil infrastructure designs. Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, and Schematics tools to produce accurate technical drawings and design documents. Conduct construction inspection activities to monitor quality control and adherence to project specifications. Perform hydrological modeling using tools like SWMM, HEC, Hydrologic analysis tools, and GIS platforms such as ArcGIS and Land Surveying software. Generate comprehensive technical engineering reports covering geotechnical analysis, hydrologic studies, and project permitting phases. Collaborate with clients and team members to communicate project progress, manage permits, and address technical challenges effectively. Lead project teams through all phases of civil infrastructure development from design engineering to construction oversight. Skills Strong proficiency in project scheduling, construction estimating, and construction management processes. Extensive experience with CAD software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, and Schematics for detailed design work. Skilled in GIS applications such as ArcGIS for spatial analysis and mapping; familiar with land surveying techniques. Knowledge of hydrological modeling tools like

SWMM, HEC

programs, Hydrologic analysis tools for water systems design. Ability to generate technical writing reports for project documentation and client communication. Experience managing projects within the civil engineering sector with a focus on stormwater management and civil infrastructure projects. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams during design phases or construction inspection activities. Familiarity with permitting processes involving regulatory agencies; involved in permitting phases of projects. Strong understanding of water treatment systems and stormwater systems design principles. Technical proficiency in CAD software including Civil 3D; experience with Water Treatment designs is a plus.
