Coffman Engineers' Denver office is seeking a dynamic and innovative Entry Level Structural Engineer for full-time employment. The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate, upcoming winter 2026 semester graduate, or an engineer with up to a few years of experience, who wishes to increase their knowledge of commercial, institutional, and industrial structures, and work in a professional fast-paced environment.
Qualifications Requirements Include:
A bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, or a Civil or Architectural Engineering degree with an emphasis on structures Coursework or experience in concrete and steel design Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities Working as part of a multi-discipline design team Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel for daily activities Positive contributor to overall office and department goals, culture, and morale Additional Education and Experience Preferred (not required)
Include:
A master's degree in Structural Engineering, or a Civil or Architectural Engineering degree with an emphasis on structures Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit Experience with structural analysis software Experience with masonry and/or timber design The expected annual salary range for this position is $72,000 - $76,000.
