+ Assist with the design and development of civil engineering projects, including site development and land development projects.

+ Perform engineering calculations related to grading, drainage, utilities, and site design.

+ Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to prepare and modify design plans.

+ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and drafters to bring projects from concept through construction.

+ Research design requirements, regulations, and engineering standards.

+ Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and design recommendations.

+ Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling efforts.

+ Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.

+ Follow all company safety standards and best practices.

+ Take on increased project responsibilities as experience and knowledge develop. QualificationsRequired

+ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

+ Working knowledge of AutoCAD.

+ Strong interest in Site Design, Land Development, or Civil Infrastructure projects.

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred

+ Experience with Civil 3D.
