Responsible for providing business, administrative and field support to facilitate the planning and coordination of activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished with the prescribed time frame and funding parameters; organize, update, and maintain contract documents for assigned projects; check, expedite, and coordinate shop drawings, including formwork, post-tension, and reinforcing steel; receive and distribute drawings, specifications, and other contract documents; create and submit formwork line drawings; assist with the implementation of the Quality Control program; assist Project Managers and Frame Superintendents with administrative duties associated with the project; utilize and apply knowledge of AutoCAD, shop drawings/plans reading and interpretation, ACAD software, quality control processes, Microsoft Office Suite, purchasing procedures, Excel, and project scheduling to complete assigned tasks; expedite and coordinate delivery of project materials; and prepare and track material logs for assigned projects.

Bachelors - Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);

Must have completed one academic semester of coursework or research work that included use of all the following: AutoCAD, shop drawings/plans reading and interpretation, ACAD software, quality control processes, Microsoft Office Suite, purchasing procedures, Excel, and project scheduling.
