Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Engineer specializing in Land Development and Stormwater Management to join our growing team in Orlando. In this role, you will lead projects that enhance civil infrastructure, focusing on land development, stormwater systems, and hydrological solutions across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use development projects from concept through permitting. A Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is not required. Key Responsibilities Design utility systems, including water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater infrastructure. Prepare grading, drainage, and site development plans. Perform stormwater analysis and modeling using ICPR4 . Design and analyze water distribution and sanitary sewer force main systems using StormCAD . Perform lift station design and pump station calculations . Coordinate project design and permitting with local municipalities and regulatory agencies. Support and assist in directing design efforts for land development projects. Manage multiple projects while meeting established schedules and deadlines. Coordinate with clients, architects, surveyors, and internal project teams. Attend project meetings, client meetings, and public hearings as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of civil engineering or land development design experience. Required experience with ICPR4 and StormCAD. Required experience performing lift station / pump station calculations. Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience is a plus. Knowledge of land development design and permitting processes. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
