Position Overview:

This is a full-time Civil Engineering Intern (EI) position focused on land development projects in the Orlando/Kissimmee area.

Main responsibilities:

Design and prepare commercial and residential site development plans Work with AutoCAD Civil 3D Assist with planning and permitting Coordinate with city and county agencies Support project managers with due diligence and feasibility studies Visit construction sites and attend client meetings when needed Work under the direction of experienced project managers Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering Florida Engineering Intern (EI) license Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Work arrangement: Full-time, in-office, with occasional travel to project sites and client meetings. Overall, the role is geared toward an early-career civil engineer who wants experience in Central Florida for land development, site design, permitting, and project management.
