Senior Civil Engineer Locations:

Panama City, FL | Pensacola, FL | Mobile, AL Infinitek is recruiting on behalf of a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that is continuing to grow across the Southeast. We're looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join a collaborative team working on a diverse portfolio of municipal, county, state, and federal infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer who wants to take on greater technical responsibility, work on challenging infrastructure projects, and have the opportunity to progress into a leadership role as the team continues to grow. What You'll Be Doing Lead and support the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects across municipal, county, state, and federal programs. Perform engineering evaluations, technical analysis, site investigations, and civil design. Apply expertise in hydrology and hydraulics, including stormwater, drainage, pond design, collection, and conveyance systems. Support water/wastewater, transportation, and civil site development projects. Prepare technical reports, specifications, cost estimates, permit applications, and supporting documentation. Work directly with local, state, and federal agencies on permitting and regulatory requirements. Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and deliverables while maintaining strong technical and quality standards. Attend client and project meetings and help build long-term client relationships. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members. Take on increasing project and leadership responsibility based on your experience and career goals. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 4+ years of civil engineering experience. Active PE license, or the ability to obtain Alabama and Florida licensure. Experience with stormwater, drainage, water/wastewater, transportation, or civil site development. Experience preparing permit applications and working with regulatory agencies. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Strong written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills. Why Consider This Opportunity?
