Infinitek is recruiting on behalf of a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy for a Civil Engineer to join its growing team in Panama City, FL, Pensacola, FL OR Mobile, AL. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer looking to take on greater technical responsibility and potentially step into a leadership role, depending on experience. Donovan-Hill Group works across a diverse portfolio of municipal, county, state, and federal infrastructure projects, with a particularly strong focus on hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater, and drainage. What You'll Be Doing as Civil Engineer Lead and support the design and development of civil infrastructure projects across municipal, county, state, and federal programmes. Perform engineering evaluations, technical analysis, and design for a variety of civil projects. Apply strong technical knowledge in hydrology and hydraulics, including stormwater, pond design, drainage, collection, and conveyance systems. Prepare engineering reports, progress reports, cost estimates, permit applications, and supporting documentation. Work with local, state, and federal jurisdictional agencies to determine permitting requirements and support the approval process. Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and deliverables while maintaining strong technical and quality standards. Attend client and project meetings and help develop long-term client relationships. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers and team members. Take on increasing leadership responsibility based on your experience and career goals. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 4+ years of Civil Engineering experience. Professional Engineer License or the ability to obtain Alabama and Florida licensure. Experience in stormwater, drainage, water/wastewater, transportation, or civil site development. Experience preparing permit applications and working with regulatory agencies. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office. Why Apply?
