Experience with jurisdictional agencies in determining permit requirements and preparation of permit applications and supporting documentation. Experience in project management and budgeting. Works collaboratively with a team of engineers and support staff. Preparation of technical reports, progress reports, etc. as requested by management and/or clients. Excellent written and verbal communication is required. Strong desire to build strong client relationships. AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Microsoft 365 skills are a plus. Experience with ICPR or other state approved modeling software.
