We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our team to facilitate, analyze and manage field coordination as part of the on-site management team. DUTIES:
Develop/implement pre-construction quality control plan. Assist in obtaining/maintaining construction permits. Administer daily project tracking and reporting. Manage and distribute project information and contract documents. Facilitate project close out. Actively participating in expanding your knowledge of construction means and methods by participating in project processes; rfi's, submittals, as-builts, schedules, etc. Be an active participant in elevating yourself and the team around you. Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication skills Excellent attention to detail. Basic understanding of construction means, methods and practices. Bachelor's degree or working toward a bachelor's degree in construction or engineering or equivalent experience. Minimum 1 year of related experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools Valid DL and good driving record
