Role Overview:

•As our Project Engineer, you will: Uphold HC Company's reputation for excellence and professionalism in all interactions. Collaborate across departments to leverage your expertise in estimating, pre-construction, and business development. Efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring critical tasks are executed to maintain project timelines. Conduct thorough reviews of plans and specifications to identify conflicts and ensure constructability. Manage document controls meticulously, including submittals, project closeouts, RFIs, and transmittals. Track materials procurement and assist with material takeoffs to support project scheduling. Assist with project contracting, buyouts, and quality assurance/quality control efforts. Actively participate in site safety initiatives and collaborate with subcontractors to ensure compliance. Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Procore to streamline project documentation and communications. Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency while maintaining our high standards of quality and professionalism.

Your Contribution:

•A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field. Previous experience in project engineering or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Procore. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
