Structural Engineer

This position will design, evaluate, and certify the structural integrity of our incredible homes. You will help drive efficiency, innovation, and constructability on several different projects while working in a fast‑paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform structural analysis and design for residential building systems using steel, wood, concrete, and/or masonry. Prepare and review calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports. Coordinate with internal drafting, civil, and MEP trades, as well as external project partners. Apply and interpret building codes. Manage multiple deadlines while delivering organized, high quality work.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Licensed Professional Engineer 3-5 years of experience with single-family residential wood framing & foundation design AutoCAD knowledge and experience Ability to manage multiple projects, simultaneously Thrive in a fast-paced work environment Self-Starter who wants to produce quality product, perform at a high level and grow in their career
