We are looking for a motivated, self-driven structural engineer to join our Meridian team. Responsibilities Manage structural engineering projects from start to finish Perform structural calculations and prepare drawings Coordinate with internal team members and support project delivery Train and mentor less experienced engineers Develop and maintain strong client relationships Contribute to the overall success of the team and office Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering 3-10 years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in structural design Experience in structural design of steel structures Ability to work legally in the United States Ability to commute to Meridian, ID or relocate before starting work Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Proficiency in structural analysis software such as RISA or RAM Experience working directly with clients and managing relationships Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay 1.5x Overtime pay Performance bonuses 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off and holidays Mentoring, support, and opportunities for long-term growth
