platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills Desire to work within multidisciplinary project teams Interest in long-term career progression and expanding responsibilities Preferred Master's degree in Structural Engineering Experience within infrastructure, industrial, municipal or water-related projects Exposure to construction administration or project management activities Why This Opportunity Stands Out Employee-owned business with a strong reputation across the Midwest Diverse project portfolio with long-term backlog and repeat client relationships Opportunity to work on meaningful infrastructure projects rather than repetitive commercial developments Clear progression into project management, technical leadership or client development Collaborative environment where engineers are encouraged to influence standards, processes and project delivery Flexible working arrangements Strong compensation package including bonus potential, retirement contributions and comprehensive benefits Stable, growing organisation with an excellent track record of project wins and technical excellence The Bottom Line If you're approaching PE licensure and looking for an environment where you can accelerate your technical development while gaining exposure to larger, more complex projects, this is an opportunity worth exploring. The firm is particularly interested in engineers who want to build a long-term career, take ownership of their work and play a key role in delivering infrastructure projects that matter.
