As the firm continues to grow and expand its operational footprint, they are adding to their technical workforce to support increased production, innovation, and project demand. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient operations while upholding high standards for quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of assigned equipment or production processes during each shift, ensuring consistent performance and quality output. Coordinate with team members across shifts to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of operations. Operate, monitor, adjust, and fine-tune equipment to meet production and engineering specifications. Inspect components or finished products to verify compliance with technical requirements; identify deviations, make corrections, and document issues as needed. Ensure materials are properly stocked, equipment is maintained, and work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with company standards. Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE, and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment. Assist with housekeeping tasks, equipment cleaning, and general operational support as required. Adhere to production schedules, engineering guidelines, and performance targets while contributing to team success. Demonstrate flexibility to support project deadlines, including overtime or adjusted schedules when necessary. Maintain a proactive, positive attitude and assist with additional duties as operational needs evolve.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Previous experience operating machinery or supporting engineering or manufacturing operations preferred. Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to understand equipment functionality. Familiarity with industrial equipment, production processes, or engineered systems is beneficial. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good manual dexterity, coordination, and focus on precision. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
