The firm promotes mentorship and internal growth. Job Description Assist with RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Coordinate project documentation and drawings. Track project schedules and procurement activities. Assist with project cost reporting and forecasting. Attend meetings with clients and subcontractors. Support project closeout processes. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 1-4 years of construction experience. Strong organizational and communication skills.
