The Building Engineer will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of a large commercial building. This position requires a thorough understanding of safety practices, building systems, and general maintenance procedures. Duties and Responsibilities Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on all building systems and equipment, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, and fire life safety.
