Position Description HOH is seeking a Licensed Structural Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in designing critical building and/or bridge infrastructure to join our team. This engineer will lead and assist with structural analysis and design calculations, create detailed designs, layouts, and construction plans, develop accurate construction and material specifications, and collaborate with other disciplines and clients. Additionally, the engineer will mentor junior engineers, assist with proposal development, and coordinate multi-disciplinary project reviews. Qualifications The ideal candidate will be a Structural Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of relevant design and project management experience. Must have an SE license and excellent communication skills are necessary to ensure effective collaboration and successful project delivery in meeting client needs. Benefits and Compensation The compensation range for this position is $125,000

• $185,000, based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
