Full Time (40 Hours/Week)
Salary:
Compensation will be in line with experience Project Management & Administration Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager. Prepare and maintain daily reports, photographs, and project documentation. Assist the project manager with project scheduling and maintain two-week look-ahead schedules. Review contract drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and closeout documentation. Maintain and update as-built drawings. Coordinate project activities between field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and Government representatives. Quality Control (QC) Assist in implementing and maintaining the Contractor Quality Control Program. Review submittals for compliance with contract requirements. Coordinate testing, inspections, and quality assurance activities. Site Safety Conduct daily site safety inspections and observations. Support weekly toolbox talks and safety meetings. Ensure compliance with company safety policies Subcontractor Coordination Coordinate subcontractor scheduling and work activities. Conduct subcontractor preconstruction meetings. Verify subcontractor work complies with project requirements. Field Operations Support Coordinate material deliveries and procurement activities. Schedule utility locates and excavation permits as required. Coordinate testing agencies and specialty inspectors. Qualifications 3+ years of construction, project engineering, quality control, or field engineering experience with a college degree OR 8+ years of Overall Construction experience with few years of similar roles of managing on-site construction work. Understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, & Project P6 scheduling experience preferred but not required. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong organizational and communication skills. Federal construction experience preferred but not required
