Civil Engineer, Fishers, IN My client is an established, fast-growing civil engineering firm in the Fishers area seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a professional seeking full-lifecycle project involvement across diverse sectors, including healthcare, higher education, commercial, institutional, and multi-family residential developments. The organization combines high-caliber project exposure with a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment. Civil Engineer Key Responsibilities Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams to develop comprehensive site design plans. Manage core project phases, including site layout, grading, utility infrastructure, and stormwater modeling. Coordinate directly with clients, contractors, and municipal officials through permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
Civil Engineer Qualifications Education:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (B.S.C.E.).
Experience:
4-10 years of professional civil engineering experience.
Licensing:
Fundamentals of Engineering (F.E. / E.I.T.) required; Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.
Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrated experience with AutoCAD / Civil 3D, HydroCAD, Hydraflow, and Microsoft Office.
