POSITION SUMMARY
Project Engineers support project teams in planning, coordinating and delivering construction projects. This entry-level role works closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to gain hands-on experience across budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, documentation, safety and closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
Support project budgets, estimates, schedules, procurement and subcontractor coordination.
Assist with project documentation, meetings, quality control, safety and issue resolution.
Help monitor costs, forecast project performance and support closeout activities.
Build strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors and internal project teams.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
0-5 years of construction or general contractor experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, leadership and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
