• 95/hr W2 + Per Diem The Role Planet Pharma is seeking a Civil Engineer to support a large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing capital program in Lebanon, IN. This is a technical engineering position
• not a project management role.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on engineering oversight and coordination across civil, structural steel, cleanroom, and interior finish construction packages as the program drives toward a January 2027 building dry-in milestone. What You'll Do Provide field-based technical engineering support for secondary steel, building envelope, cleanroom, and interior finish construction packages Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals across civil and structural scopes Coordinate with construction management, design engineering, and contractor teams to resolve technical issues and maintain schedule Support construction progress reviews, field walkdowns, and issue tracking for assigned scopes Identify and escalate engineering constraints, design conflicts, or schedule risks to project leadership What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required 8+ years of civil or structural engineering experience on large commercial, pharmaceutical, or data center capital construction programs Hands-on field engineering experience Strong understanding of structural steel, building envelope, and interior finish construction packages Pharmaceutical manufacturing or data center construction experience strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and RFIs across civil and structural disciplines
