Position would be responsible for:

The work would include general site layout, earthwork planning and quantifications/ estimates, design of storm water drainage, piping and overall site drainage, roadway planning and design and building pad layout and design. Experience with site permitting, preparation of complete plans, specifications and contract documents, contract administration and dealing with local, state and other governmental agencies are all a plus. Person would work under a highly experienced manager with over 50 years of experience as well as a highly experienced civil team. AutoCAD experience (general, Civil 3D, MicroStation, etc. ) is needed, but general experience is sufficient; high levels of expertise are not required. Project management would either be the role or a future role for these positions, depending on the current level of experience. Requirements Registered Engineer in KY (or can qualify through licensure application/ comity) Site planning, storm water or highway engineer Site Planning and Layout Design. Experience in i ndustrial site, municipal site and industrial park or business park site planning is a plus.
