Geotechnical Project Engineer (PE) Paducah, KY; Brentwood, TN; or Belleville, IL The salary range for this role starts at $90,000 per year Are you a licensed Professional Engineer who enjoys leading meaningful geotechnical projects from concept through completion? Do you thrive in a role that blends technical excellence, field leadership, and client collaboration? If so, we'd love to talk with you. We're seeking a Geotechnical Project Engineer to take ownership of geotechnical engineering projects, provide technical leadership, and mentor team members while delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. This role can be based in Paducah, KY; Belleville, IL; or Brentwood, TN. As a Geotechnical Project Engineer, you'll serve as both a technical expert and project leader, responsible for successful delivery across all phases of work. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities Lead geotechnical projects from planning through completion, including scope, budget, schedule, and deliverables Serve as the primary technical and project point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams Perform and oversee geotechnical analyses, designs, and interpretation of field and laboratory data Plan and manage subsurface exploration programs and coordinate field operations and resources. Prepare, review, and seal professional geotechnical engineering reports Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development and client relationship efforts Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Geological Engineering Active Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain via reciprocity) 5+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience Valid driver's license
