Minimum Qualifications Two years of experience or training in the building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance or repair of mechanical equipment, or park operations and grounds maintenance; OR Completion of a two-year vocational technical program in general building construction, construction technology, or engineering; OR Twelve semester hours in construction management, construction technology, or engineering, or any combination of these courses. Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties:
Performs general repairs and maintenance on air conditioning and heating systems. Unclogs drain pans and drain lines on fan coil units. Repairs or replaces thermostats. Maintains and performs general repairs on a variety of motorized equipment, including tune-ups, replacement and adjustment of worn or damaged parts, starters, pumps, belts, and related components. Cleans chiller coils and replaces filters as needed. Performs other duties and assignments as directed by higher-ranking personnel.
