With approximately 100 employees, they offer the resources of an established contractor while maintaining the culture and accessibility of a family-owned business. Job Description Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects Assist with project documentation, scheduling, reporting, and subcontractor coordination Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project correspondence Help manage project costs, quantities, budgets, and production tracking Coordinate with field personnel to ensure project requirements and schedules are met Assist with estimating, takeoffs, bid preparation, and project closeout activities Review plans, specifications, and contract documents to support project execution Maintain accurate project records while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
