Job Description The Office Engineer will be responsible for: Assist Project Managers with RFIs, submittals, takeoffs, and daily documentation Organize and manage project records, drawing logs, and correspondence Track material orders, delivery schedules, and subcontractor coordination Support preconstruction planning and closeout documentation Communicate regularly with field teams and help translate project documents into field execution Review plans and specs using AutoCAD and assist with markups when necessary Work collaboratively with project executives and senior leadership to support large-scale public and private civil projects MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The ideal Office Engineer will have: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (or equivalent field experience) 0-6 years of relevant construction experience, ideally in heavy civil, DOT, site work, or airport projects Familiarity with public infrastructure and self-perform construction environments Comfortable working in a tight-knit team that values flexibility, accountability, and hands-on support Experience working with companies like P.A. Landers, PJ Keating, or other regional civil contractors is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience preferred Procore or other project management software knowledge a bonus What's on Offer What is on offer the
