JMT Staffing Solutions is partnering with a growing and highly reputable commercial construction company in the Greater Boston area to identify a Project Engineer / Draftsperson . This organization specializes in complex exterior wall systems and supports projects with in-house fabrication, allowing for strong collaboration between design and production teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented drafting professional with façade experience who enjoys working on highly customized, design-driven projects. Key Responsibilities Create detailed shop drawing packages including plans, sections, elevations, and system details Interpret architectural drawings and specifications to develop accurate, buildable designs Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to incorporate revisions and design changes Coordinate drawings to align with fabrication requirements and production capabilities Assist with 3D modeling for complex conditions or custom components when needed Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Qualifications 5+ years of experience in drafting or project engineering within the façade/exterior wall industry Strong AutoCAD skills (required) Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and construction drawings Experience producing organized, high-quality shop drawing sets Knowledge of curtainwall, panel systems, or similar façade systems Revit experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
