Senior Structural Engineer - Steel and Concrete Design
Location:
Baltimore, MD
Job Type:
Full-time
Pay:
$110,000 to $150,000 per year
Relocation:
Assistance available
Lead complex structural projects and mentor design teams at a leading U.S. engineering consultancy serving commercial, institutional, industrial, and federal clients.
Must-Haves
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Structural Engineer (SE) or Professional Engineer (PE) license
8+ years of structural design and project leadership experience
Proficiency with AutoCAD and related design software
Strong communication and organizational skills
What You'll Do
Design steel, concrete, and masonry structures
Direct design work from concept through completion
Manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and in-house engineers
Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers
Nice-to-Haves
Federal or government project experience
Revit, RAM, ETABS, or RISA experience
Business development experience
Compensation and Benefits
