Starting salary up to $85,000 (DOE) Bonuses and Profit Sharing Comprehensive benefits including 401k contributions and PTO 100% PAID Health, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities for growth in to a Project Management role A flexible and supportive work environment that encourages growth and innovation A few key responsibilities: Oversee and manage 2-3 construction projects simultaneously Review and interpret project drawings and specifications Collaborate with a team of other Project Engineers to achieve project goals Maintain project budgets, timelines, and quality standards for projects over and under $1.5M Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in project engineer work or similar Industrial project experience preferred Proficiency in AutoDesk, Bluebeam, and Outlook preferred Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
