What You'll Do Support project execution by coordinating daily activities with customers, project stakeholders, subcontractors, and field personnel Assist with project scheduling, reporting, inspections, quality tracking, and documentation management Track and coordinate materials, tools, equipment, rentals, and shipping and receiving activities Monitor project schedules and support field operations to help ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines Assist with jobsite safety meetings, inspections, audits, and compliance initiatives Partner with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Payroll, Safety, and Sales teams to support project success Review and maintain project records, including weld maps, quality documentation, and third-party resource tracking Learn construction methods, field layouts, equipment installation, and project management processes through hands-on experience Identify and help resolve project challenges while supporting efficient field execution What You'll Bring Associate degree in a technical field, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent industrial construction experience will also be considered Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow professionally Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across all levels of an organization Willingness to travel and work at project sites as needed Why Join This Team?
