Requirements for this Position Entry to mid-level 0 to 10 years' experience Minimum B.S. in Civil, Environmental or Geological Engineering Passed F.E. exam or P.E. license in Missouri or ability to obtain future licensure Time management skills and ability to change priorities, managing multiple projects Education, interest and/or experience in broad civil or environmental engineering Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong technical writing skills Work in the office required with occasional opportunities for remote work Some overnight travel is required Position requires periodic travel in MO/KS, field time (e.g., drilling and groundwater sampling), and physical activity Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and walk on uneven terrain Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions or sponsorship. Duties for this Position Depending on experience, responsibilities will include performing analysis and design, report writing, assisting with permit applications, and construction documentation. Will work on a variety of water resources, wastewater, waste management, site development and municipal infrastructure projects. Strong communication and technical skills for site development, hydraulics, soil mechanics, hydrology, development of plans/specs, construction methods, and cost estimating required. Experience and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
