About Us We are a multidisciplinary consulting firm providing civil engineering, land surveying, planning, permitting, and construction support services for a variety of residential, commercial, and development projects. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer (EIT) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer early in their career who is looking to gain hands-on experience in site development, land development design, and project coordination while working alongside experienced engineering professionals. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of civil engineering projects from concept through construction. You will gain exposure to grading, drainage, utility design, permitting processes, and municipal coordination while building the technical foundation needed to advance toward professional licensure. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of civil engineering plans and construction documents. Perform site grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater design. Support project managers with technical calculations, reports, and permit applications. Coordinate with local agencies, municipalities, and utility providers. Utilize Civil 3D to develop and modify engineering plans. Conduct site visits and assist with project observations as needed. Collaborate with surveyors, planners, architects, and other engineering team members. Support multiple projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within 12 months. 1-5 years of civil engineering or land development experience preferred. Experience with residential, commercial, or site development projects is a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
