Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pre-Engineered Metal Building Erector and become a vital part of constructing innovative, durable, and efficient metal structures. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and installing pre-fabricated metal building components with precision and safety at the forefront. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring each project is completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an energetic environment where your skills in construction and metal building erection will directly contribute to successful project delivery. Responsibilities Erect, assemble, and install pre-engineered metal building components according to technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans. Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to lift, position, and secure steel frameworks and panels. Read blueprints and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate placement of structural elements. Perform tasks related to concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing as needed on site. Conduct dimensional measurements using tape measures and other hand tools to verify correct alignment and fit of components. Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate activities, adhere to schedules, and maintain safety standards. Assist with framing, siding, roofing, drywall installation, masonry work, and other related construction tasks when required. Requirements Proven experience in metal building erection, construction management, or related construction site work. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and basic math for measurements. Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, finishing techniques, masonry, roofing, drywall, siding or remodeling is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed. Familiarity with construction plans involving metal stud framing or trim carpentry is a plus. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety protocols and quality workmanship. Valid construction site experience with proficiency in dimensional measurements and schematic interpretation. $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
