Omaha, Nebraska job type: Contract salary: $72 - 87 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead comprehensive site development, master planning, and underground utility routing for large industrial and data center projects. Design complex civil infrastructure, including gravitational wastewater and storm drain systems, utilizing advanced Civil 3D skills. Perform advanced stormwater analysis and modeling using StormCAD or CivilStorm, alongside executing final grading and earthwork balancing. Ensure regulatory compliance by developing erosion control plans, managing stormwater pollution prevention (SWPPP), and securing local AHJ permit approvals. Collaborate seamlessly with a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team (mechanical, structural, architectural, electrical) to integrate site civil elements into unified project designs.
