Below is what she shared with me: 1. Will an MBA and someone who could obtain their PE within the 6 months of converting to Jacobs suffice? Keilah is not concerned about the candidate having a degree. If they are able to obtain their PE within the 6 months prior to their conversion, she would consider them. However, a PE is required for the role. If the candidate is hired direct, a PE would be needed from the start. 2. Would she consider a pay rate higher than $60.00/hr. posted on the req? Yes, please submit them for consideration. Obviously, the more experience, the higher of a rate she would be willing to consider. 3.
Regarding relocation:
Keilah understands that it would take some time to get a candidate onsite. She is willing to give them a few months to get relocated and is willing to entertain relocation assistance for the right candidate. Thank you for attending the call today. Your attendance and participation are very much appreciated!
  • We appreciate that you are actively working hard on this job to submit the best candidates.
Please continue to submit qualified candidates to this req. You will be able to submit, but please make sure that they have the following. A PE or the ability to obtain one while they are contingent (6 months). Strong Civil 3D skill and experience Experience in stormwater analysis/modeling using StormCAD and/or CivilStorm Must be onsite in Omaha, NE. It is the DESIGN and
PLANNING
of a data center site prior to or in conjunction with construction beginning.
  • When submitting your candidate, please note their interest in a long term temporary position (not direct hire) in your submittal comments.
If it's the right fit, this will likely be temp to perm after 6 months, but they cannot afford to have someone job hop. The end client (in addition to Jacobs) wants to see consistency (learning the client standards on top of Jacobs). Please refer to your notes from today's Advanced Manufacturing call. Civil 3D is required for this role.
