Our team works on a diverse portfolio of land development, municipal, transportation, and infrastructure projects, providing clients with high-quality engineering services from concept through construction. Job Description Prepare and review civil engineering designs, plans, specifications, and technical reports. Manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning and design through permitting and construction. Coordinate with clients, municipalities, regulatory agencies, contractors, and project teams. Perform site design, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility design, and erosion control plans. Prepare permit applications and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct engineering calculations, analyses, and feasibility studies. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Review construction documents and provide support during construction administration. Participate in client meetings and project presentations. Mentor junior engineering staff and provide technical guidance when needed. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 4-10+ years of relevant civil engineering experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe. Experience with land development, municipal, transportation, or infrastructure projects. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of New Jersey design standards, permitting requirements, and regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
