What you will be doing:
Prepares accurate and concise contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders Managing other subs/contractors Work on Site, excavation, utility projects Handles multiple projects simultaneously at various stages and locations Supporting the coordination and management of projects Keeping track of and reporting on project progress RFI's, Submittals, and assisting with Change Orders What you will need 0-2 plus Years of Heavy Civil Construction Experience Required Prior experience working on heavy civil work Certifications and/or Licensing Requirements Strong Written/Verbal and Presentation Communication Skills Required to manage subs and internal employees up to 90k!
