full-time Your new company and role A leading, national GC with large-scale public sector projects in NYC is looking to hire a Project Engineer/Coordinator to join their team. This is an opportunity to be a part of large-scale projects ranging up to $500MM in value. Your new role Key responsibilities include: Track Submittals, Change Orders and RFI's Directly support the PM and Superintendent on field coordination Maintain and document records Assist with identifying and communicating any potential issues What you'll need to succeed Some experience (1-3 years) of project coordination within the construction field NYC public sector experience is highly desired, along with working with MWBE requirements Familiarity with programs like Primavera P6, Procore, and CMiC Must be a strong communicator, both written and oral, with attention to detail What you'll get in return $85-95K Base salary Health Benefits and 401K match Strong path to promotion from within!
