Job Description
M&P Land Surveying and Engineering, PLLC, is seeking highly skilled Civil Engineers to join our team. The roles involve all aspects of Site Development Design, involving utilities, site grading, drainage system modeling, and related stormwater management systems. Additional responsibilities include earthwork calculations, cost estimating, proposal preparation, client and design team interaction, job-cost tracking, and project scheduling. Familiarity with the municipal and regulatory approval process/permitting is a plus. Backgrounds in the following areas is highly desirable: Structural analysis & design Geotechnical engineering analysis and foundation design Environmental engineering Floodwater modeling (HEC-RAS or similar) Experience with any of the following software packages is value-added compensation-wise: Bentley Open Roads MicroStation AutoCAD Civil 3-

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 5+ years' experience Professional Engineering (P.E.) Certification While the majority of job duties are performed at our Central New York office, occasional travel to project sites may be required.
