3001586028-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Constellation Energy is seeking a Civil Engineer to design and support infrastructure for utility-scale energy projects. In this role, you will develop site layouts, grading, drainage, and structural components for energy facilities, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support permitting and regulatory compliance, and provide field support during construction. Responsibilities Plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects supporting utility infrastructure and energy facilities Perform site assessments, feasibility studies, and environmental impact reviews for new and existing projects Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, and technical specifications in compliance with codes and utility standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate civil designs with electrical and mechanical systems Support permitting, regulatory submissions, and coordination with local agencies and stakeholders Monitor construction activities, provide field engineering support, and resolve design-related issues Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and sustainability goals Use civil/structural design software and modeling tools to analyze and optimize designs Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project documentation Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices in civil design for energy projects Required Skills Civil engineering design Structural analysis Auto CAD or Micro Station Civil 3 D or similar tools Hydrology and drainage design Geotechnical fundamentals Construction administration Project management basics Regulatory permitting knowledge Technical report writing
