Mechanical / Electrical / Controls Engineering What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Installing, configuring, and commissioning engineered systems at client sites Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing field-based solutions Conducting system testing and validation according to design specifications and standards Documenting installation procedures, test results, and technical findings Collaborating with clients to understand requirements and deliver effective implementations Supporting design teams by providing field feedback and real-world performance data Maintaining safety and quality standards during all on-site work Using CAD and technical documentation to interpret designs and communicate with stakeholders What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: 2-5 years of experience in engineering, with hands-on field application or installation experience Proficiency with AutoCAD and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or controls systems relevant to the role Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with clients Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience Valid driver's license and willingness to travel nationwide as needed
