Our client is a nationally recognized design-build contractor delivering technically complex facilities for the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Advanced Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Healthcare, Industrial, and other high-performance commercial markets. Their business has grown substantially over the past several years, creating opportunities for construction professionals who want to expand their experience while building a long-term career. As a Project Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents, supporting projects from award through closeout while gaining exposure to every phase of project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to move beyond conventional commercial construction into more technical, design-build projects. What You'll Do- Support projects from award through closeout
- Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentation
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, design teams, and field personnel
- Participate in design reviews and engineering coordination
- Help maintain project quality, safety, and schedule performance
- Work closely with project teams and clients to keep projects moving successfully What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Assistant Project Manager
- Commercial construction experience on projects such as healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, laboratories, mission critical, data centers, education, or other technically demanding facilities
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, procurement, scheduling, document control, and project coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Procore experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required Why You'll Want to Take the Call
