  • We're looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing team and work on a variety of projects that turn ideas into real-world places.
If you enjoy solving problems, working with a team, and seeing your designs go from a concept on paper to something actually built, you'll fit right in. We're looking for someone with 1-5 years of civil engineering experience who is eager to learn, contribute, and take on projects that keep every day a little different.
  • Job Duties
  • What You'll Do
  • + Develop and prepare civil engineering plans, details, layouts, and construction documents.
+ Work on a variety of projects involving site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure. + Turn concepts and sketches into practical, buildable designs. + Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, environmental professionals, and other team members.

Communicate with clients, project managers, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving. + Assist with permitting, plan preparation, technical calculations, and project documentation. + Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering tools to develop and revise plans.
  • Qualifications
  • What We're Looking For
  • + 1-5 years of civil engineering experience.
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. + Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred. + Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. + Someone who knows that good communication and teamwork are just as important as good engineering. + Ability to manage multiple projects and keep things moving. + Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. + EIT certification is a plus, but not required. + Most importantly, someone who is dependable, collaborative, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
