Ashley & Vance Engineering is looking for Structural Engineers to join our team in our Middleburg Heights, OH office location. They'll challenge you to expand your capabilities by taking ownership of tasks within larger projects, improving your efficiency, and coordinating effectively with project teams. You'll contribute to work that includes Multi-family buildings, mid-rise commercial & hospitality buildings, custom homes and remodels, and industrial facilities, all while building confidence in your technical skills and practical engineering knowledge. Here's what you can expect: Prepare Structural design of foundations, floors, roof, and lateral resistance system for various building types in retail and commercial buildings. Prepare calculations and well-coordinated, technically sound construction documents that are cost-effective, efficient, and constructible. Communicate and coordinate with architects, owners, other engineering disciplines, vendors, building officials, other consultants, etc. throughout the design phases of the building project. A workplace that values your contributions and celebrates your growth We're looking for candidates who: Have two to five years of structural engineering experience Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil (Structural) Engineering Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Have EIT Certification (PE preferred) Perform analysis and design for wood, steel, masonry & concrete structures Are ready to step into greater responsibility and continue advancing their career Familiar with Autodesk Revit Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
