Site Construction Manager Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist Site Management with production tracking and inventory management Review Construction Drawings, RFI's and Submittals to ensure compliance with site progress. Coordinate with Site Management to compile and issue RFI's and Submittals to appropriate parties for review. Track all material and equipment deliveries to maintain an accurate record of items on-hand. Assist Site Management to obtain the necessary documentation and records for timely invoicing efforts. Provide technical assistance to field personnel to ensure the latest drawings and specifications are being followed. Monitor work being performed to ensure all Onex and subcontractor personnel are following both site and internal safety procedures and protocols. Report any work deficiencies to Quality Assurance and Site Management for immediate action.

Requirements:

Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings (P&ID, Isometric, PFD) Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office) Willingness to be stationed on-site and travel independently as needed

Preferred:

2 years experience as a Quality Control Inspector with focus in Construction. AWS CWI Certification Proficiency AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Navisworks, REVIT, Primavera P6.
